Where will you collect my car for meet and greet or valet parking?

For meet and greet or valet parking services, our uniformed driver will meet you at the level 3 (3D) in the multi-storey car park 1 in order to collect the vehicle upon your arrival. Your car will be brought back to you at the airport upon your return.

Where are the cars kept during the parking duration?

All vehicles are parked in our safe parking compound that has patrolling guards 24/7.

How do these parking options differ from each other?

These parking options vary in prices and operational logistics. All customers can choose which parking type is more suitable for their requirement and then make their reservation. For more details on how they operate differently, please refer to our "how it works" page.

What services do we offer?

Smart Airport Parking offer car parking services for which you have to make your reservation in advance over the phone or preferably through the booking form available at this website.

What type of parking services do we offer?

We offer 3 options for parking amenities:

Where will I meet you for park and ride?

For park and ride service type follow the directions provided to you in the booking confirmation email and arrive at the compound to park directly.

How will I get to the airport from compound?

After parking at the compound, you can get a complimentary shuttle transfer directly to the airport. The same shuttle will bring you back to the compound upon your arrival.

Do you own a parking compound?

We own a private compound where all cars are kept for the parking duration. The compound is secure and has regular guard patrols 24/7.

Is it necessary to handover my car keys?

Yes it is necessary to leave your car keys for all parking types as we may need to drive park or move your car within the compound.

Can I make a parking reservation on short notice?

Short notice bookings can be made over the phone at 03333 216 212 but they are dependent upon the availability of parking space.

In case my plans change, how will I cancel or amend my booking?

For cancellations or amendment, give us a call at 03333 216 212 and our friendly staff will assist you as needed. Please be mindful of our availability hours and call us in our office hour for effective and timely assistance. All changes in a booking will be charged with £12.
