When you complete the online booking process, a confirmation email is sent to you containing detailed instructions of the meet & greet parking process and our contact details.
On your departure date, please give us a call 20 minutes before your arrival. The phone numbers to call will be provided on your confirmation email. After we have received your call, a member of the SAP team will be awaiting your arrival at the Meet and Greet point, please note our drivers will be in the Smart Airport Parking uniform, so they will be easy for you to spot (the meet and greet parking point is within the short stay car park, situated a few hundred yards from the Terminal at Luton Airport. Please inform us if your arrival is delayed/early, this will help us to ensure a SAP driver is ready to meet you when you arrive.
When you arrive at the meet and greet point, a member of our team will do the necessary paperwork and checks of your vehicle before you hand over your keys for meet and greet Luton parking. After completing the handover process you can proceed towards the airport terminal while we take care of your car and ensure that it is parked safely in our secure compound.
